The Tanzania Immigration Services Department has made a public announcement to all residence permit applicants, companies, institutions and the general public that all residence permits applications will no longer be received at the Immigration Headquarters and at the Dar es Salaam Regional Immigration office effectively from 11^th February 2019.

Applicants are required to apply and submit their applications through online services instead of submitting the documents to the named offices physically. The “online services” is available through the official Tanzania immigration services website.
