Law School (Field) Placement
Minimum Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law School of Tanzania.
- Hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized institution, with a strong academic record.
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Assistant or Field Assistant you will:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case summaries and opinions.
- Draft essential legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and memoranda.
- Support client meetings and court hearings by observing and documenting proceedings.
- Organize and maintain case files with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to discuss legal strategies and contribute to their development.
- Adhere to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct in all aspects of the role.
Duration
- The placement lasts between three to six months.
