  • An India-based global technology consulting and digital solutions company with operations in over 30 countries on a service level agreement with a local technology company covering various employment related issues on deputizing employees, transfer of employees etc.
  • An American multinational information technology company with operations in over 170 countries on outsourcing of local employees as part of an in-scope outsourcing transaction.
  • Puma Energy, an integrated global energy company, in its disengagement with a senior executive.
  • The CEO of a global British multinational investment bank and financial services company, in his disengagement with the bank following a restructuring exercise.

Employee’s tax in Zimbabwe

The Income Tax Act [Chapter 23:06] provides that any amount received by a taxpayer in respect of services rendered or to be rendered shall be included in a taxpayer’s gross income, provided that the source of income is Zimbabwe.
