Experience has included advising:

  • Advising the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) on the proposed dissolution of the previous Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) and the permissibility and applicable processes in respect of such dissolution.
  • A Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation headquartered in Tokyo Japan on a dispute pertaining to a copyright infringement/passing off by a Zimbabwean company of its trademarked television program.
  • Zimpapers Pvt Ltd Zimbabwe Newspapers (1980) Ltd, the oldest and largest media house in Zimbabwe which publishes 13 newspaper titles and runs a broadcasting division, on a number of employment related issues.
