He has also assisted various companies in obtaining necessary licenses and permit for their daily operations. Karume has assisted various companies in acquisition of land for the purposes of investment specifically in Zanzibar. He has also in assisted in reviewing various agreements and issuing legal opinions to clients.

  • In the acquisition of various plots for investment in Zanzibar including Hideaway Hotel 5 star

  • On the review of the Zanzibar Energy Policy for the Ministry of Water, Construction, Energy and Lands
  • In a due diligence exercise on the anticipated acquisition of a well-renowned lodge within the national park
  • In the preparation of the various security documents and registration thereof
