This is an update to our alert dated 21 February 2020 on the salient features in the new Arbitration Act, 2020 (the Act) following Parliament passing the Bill into law.
Jonathan has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution. He has successfully represented top tier companies in corporate and property litigation, commercial disputes, immigration issues as well as in employment related matters.
Jonathan has notable experience in advising clients on issues related to compliance, antibribery and anticorruption matters. He is currently on secondment to Acacia Mining Plc, at North Mara Gold Mine Limited where he has gained practical experience in assisting the client on compliance risks.
