Hans is an Associate at Juristconsult Chambers in the corporate and commercial team. He has previously practised as an Associate for the Mauritian office of an international law firm and as an Associate for a Mauritius based law firm.
Hans undertakes work in all areas of the firm’s transactional practice, and focuses particularly on corporate, commercial, financial services and mergers and acquisitions. He is heavily involved in the drafting and reviewing of legal documentation within his areas of practice.
Hans has a keen interest in the insurance and the real estate sector.
